The FSB letter Wind of Change had to send
the previously published Nov 18th letter was written by an imposter - Wind of Change responds but does not contradict the alleged plans to attack Kyiv.
November 18th letter from the real Wind of Change sent to Vladimir Osechkin:
“Vladimir, good evening!
On the news (of planned attack on #Kyiv) - we did not send that letter. It was clearly written by the military and contains a very narrow view of what is happening with a possible attack from the RB (Republic of Belarus). The manner in which the information is presented is indeed somewhat similar, but no more than that.
As for RB, you should understand the main thing: a politician who is more cunning and sly than Lukashenko does not exist among the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States).
He managed to keep his troops out of direct hostilities, he slipped away from an attempted coup of his authority over the RB territory, he made fools of the Service (FSB), the (Russian) military, and everyone else who was working on him.
