"Vladimir, this is urgent. #Prigozhin is preparing brigades for domestic terror in Russia. There has already been a meeting where Prigozhin's mercenaries were delegated authority and guaranteed a regime of impunity and tacit approval for acts of aggression and intimidation against those who protest against the war and #1's (Putin's) policies. This was caused by a surge of protests and riots in several regions of Russia, military units and placement points for the mobilized after receiving the news of over 1000 Russians killed in the last 3 days alone during the intense fighting.
